the first thing the consultant asked me on the first day of my MOship was..
'have u got this badge?'
apparently this hospital is soo serious about breasfeeding
(not that others didnt)
but as they are accredited for the breastfeeding friendly hospital thing, they have to really maintain their reputation
and as per KKM's guideline, they have to offer 20-hour Lactation Course!!
previously i couldnt get myself to think what on earth is possible to be taught in 20hours - 3-day course!
but omg, there's a lot!!
they even have the pre and post course exam..
and i'm scheduled for the course this week
so i was really looking forward to it
but it was cancelled :(
